Better-qualified students can skip this and proceed directly to Parts II-IV, which develop and apply the core mathematical techniques required by typical first degree courses in economics. Part V contains some more specialised topics and some |tasters| of more advanced techniques. This book will help students acquire the core mathematical skills that they will need to succeed in business and economics degrees. ONLINE RESOURCE CENTRE For lecturers: test exercises, graphs from the text and answers to the test exercises.
